You should be able to easily see textures on the wings. They shouldn't be completely black. One of these days I have to do something lighter so I won't have to worry about monitor brightness issues, heh.
As usual, done completely in Photoshop from start to finish. This took about 10.5 hours, on and off. Been working on it during breaks between commissions.
Such a stunning piece... the atmosphere is foreboding yet somehow alluring. The wings are beautifully done - my monitor may be dark but I can see the effect well... It reminds me of the veins on leaves. Great job - keep it up
