Done for CGHub.com's bi-weekly art jam challenge. This week's theme: "Apply steampunk to something that isn't."

The usual, start to finish in Photoshop. About 2 hrs. Sorry about the watermark.

i remember the first time i watched the Hello kitty show when i was like five and my parents shut it off because there was all this underworld stuff and Japanese religion in it.
lol this is the side of hello kitty my parents see.
